Holiday Processing and Shipping 2021

Shipping during the holidays may have extra delays due to COVID-19, USPS holiday mail slow down and supply chain interruptions. Packages cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for the holiday. Please plan to purchase as soon as possible to ensure that your items will arrive on time. Thank you for your patience during this time.

When can I expect my item(s) to arrive?

All handmade products are made-to-order unless otherwise stated in the product description. The current processing time is 7 to 10 business days.

All merchandise products are shipped directly to you via a third-party website and will arrive separately from the handmade order. You will not pay any additional shipping fees for these items beyond checkout. Please note that some of these items are coming from overseas and may have additional shipping delays.

Customer Shipping Information

US customers: all packages will be shipped with USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless otherwise stated.

Outside the US: all packages will be shipped with USPS First Class International or Priority International Mail unless otherwise stated.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final on all items unless there is a defect in the item when it arrives at your door not caused by shipping. If the item is defective, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue. Please check the complete Refund Policy.

We cannot be held responsible for any damage or defect that occurs during the shipping process.

There are no refunds on digital downloads.

Due to COVID-19 and supply chain shipping interruptions, there may be a further delay in shipping items. Please order with enough time to arrive for special occasions and holidays.

Handmade items information

All handmade items are made in a smoke free and pet free environment. All fibers used are labeled in each product description in case of allergy. Please check fiber content before purchase!

Care Instructions for handmade items

All yarns will be labeled with the correct care instructions when your item(s) arrive.

Please make sure to remove any faux fur pom poms before putting the crochet or knit item in the washing machine, if the item is machine washable. Otherwise, you will need to hand wash and lay flat to dry.

Do you accept custom orders?

Not currently.
